Christopher Walker is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of service to Cummins Inc. His journey began as a Systems Engineer. Throughout his tenure, Christopher has showcased remarkable versatility, contributing his expertise across diverse functions including Engineering, IT, Quality, and Human Resources.

Currently serving as Director of HR Operational Excellence for Cummins Components business, Christopher concurrently holds the interim position of Cummins HR Operational Excellence Leader, overseeing strategic initiatives vital to the organization’s success.

Christopher’s commitment to community upliftment is underscored by his nine-year tenure in various capacities, including Chair of the Board, at Fathers and Families Center in Indianapolis. He is recognized as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt by the American Society for Quality and holds the esteemed SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation.

An ardent advocate for social equity, Christopher volunteers his expertise as a Six Sigma coach for the Six Sigma Racial Equity Institute, empowering organizations to drive meaningful change. Additionally, he advances the community as a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporate.

In his leisure pursuits, Christopher finds joy in travel, photography, and cycling, activities that provide both relaxation and inspiration. Above all, Christopher cherishes his role as a dedicated father, alongside his beloved wife, encouraging and guiding their three beautiful daughters.
