Alphamen, Inc. was incorporated in the state of Indiana in April 1975 with the specific purpose of providing low-income housing, sponsoring recreational and educational activities for youth, adults and senior citizens, providing college and university scholarships, and assisting underprivileged youth in mental, physical and social development. Alphamen, Inc. has been designated as a non-profit 501 (c)(3) Corporation by the Internal Revenue Service; therefore, contributions are tax deductible; Tax ID# 51-0183538.

The activities of Alphamen, Inc. include:

• Awarding scholarships and/or grants to further students’ education beyond high school.
• Solicit and raise funds to achieve the purposes of the foundation.
• Receive and maintain funds for educational purposes and related activities.
• Receive grants and gifts to contribute to other organizations that are operated for educational and related purposes.
